你該豐富嘅唔係履歷,而是人生閱歷。 credit: rawpixel on Unsplash 原文轉載自sunnyday from THREAD TW 還記得你剛畢業時的青澀模樣嗎?剛踏出無憂無慮的校園,未來生涯規劃連草稿都還沒打好,就懵懵懂懂地在不同銀行網站狂寄CV,你不奢求什麼,反正有一份「還可以」的工作就好。 你原以為自己要求不會太高,但求職過程中,卻深刻領悟到「現實是殘酷」的道理。一半的毫無音訊,似乎是石沉大海了;剩下一些零零星星的interview,總算是看到了希望,但沒想到最後還是無功而返。 你不禁懷疑:我的CV到底怎麼了? 你的價值不是他人說了算! credit: Marten Newhall on Unsplash 一般面試官都偏愛「以CV判斷一個人的能力」,希望來應徵的求職者既有高學歷又有相關的工作經驗,縱使他們沒想過兩者兼備的人為何還要來應徵他們的公司。 很多時候,即使有一份穩定的工作,但呆在同樣的職場環境久了,不免進入倦怠期;這時如果想轉換跑道,同樣的惡魔又回來了。 你花六小時準備的CV,面試官可能用不到六分鐘就看完,然後丟在一旁。在這六分鐘,他扼殺了你勝任那份工作的可能性,否定了你一點一滴累積的學歷或工作經驗。 覺得自己一無是處?你的價值不應由一個主觀判斷的決定作為衡量標準。 CV再好看,也只是一張紙 credit: Tim Gouw on Unsplash 一份華麗的CV是很加分,但它始終無法讓面試官認識真正的你,也沒辦法證明你有真材實料。到了面試階段,你會發現你的人生閱歷才是真正派上用場的時刻。 人生閱歷的豐富程度,比一份CV的厚度更來得有價值,也讓你走得更遠。CV上寫的都是自己好看的一面,但人生不會只有成功的榮耀,有時候更多的是失敗的教訓。 重要的是,我們從中獲得了啓發,知道自己想要什麼、追求什麼,然後一步一步去做改變,成就更好的自己。 然而, 這些都不會寫在CV上。 珍惜自己的價值,豐富自己的閱歷,活出自己的人生。加油! 第一印象係關鍵!超實用面試穿搭術!

credit: Pexels 原文轉載自THREAD台灣 對於fresh grad來說,頭號大事大概是CV要send去哪些公司?面試時該掌握什麼作答技巧?在如此正式的場合要穿什麼才能讓面試官留下好印象?以下我們就來說說面試可以怎麼穿,才能讓面試不NG! 1. 恤衫 Dorothy Perkins Petite 長袖蝴蝶結上衣 | ZALORA Ruffle Neck Shirt 選擇剪裁俐落並且長袖恤衫,由於下半身將搭配深色西裝褲/西裝裙, 故上半身應以淺色系為主,不僅視覺上乾淨清爽,也能展現幹練的職場形象。 除了淨色恤衫,亦可選擇添加了蝴蝶結、蕾絲等元素的款式,或稍微具有飄逸感的雪紡,展現知性優雅的氣質。前提是整體設計必須簡單不花俏。 若上衣質料透薄,又沒有外搭西裝外套的話,那麼最好多內搭一件小背心,以免予人太性感的感覺。 2. 外套 Wallis 條紋西裝外套 | ZALORA BASICS Basic Longline Cardigan 選擇剪裁合身(肩寬、袖子、下擺長度剛剛好)並且具有修身效果的西裝外套再適合不過。一般來說,西裝外套可分為單扣式和雙扣式,無論是前者還是後者,最好把釦子扣起來。而顏色方面,最好是深色系,可予人穩重成熟的感覺。 覺得西裝外套太正式的話,不妨以針織外套搭配恤衫,色系方面一樣以深色系為主,打造端莊又簡約的形象。 3.西裝褲/西裝裙 Vero Moda Victoria Pencil Skirt | Banana Republic 九分西褲 與外套同色系的西裝褲或裙,視覺上比較一致、和諧。褲裝或裙裝的版型與尺寸都必須合身,避免低腰設計。 西裝裙不宜太短、太貼身,建議挑選及膝的長度。西裝褲方面,除了常見的長度,也可以穿上九分修身西裝褲,展現自信光彩。 4.連身裙 ZALORA Colour Block Sheath Dress | Dorothy Perkins 恤衫領連身裙 除了套裝,亦可以選擇設計簡約,剪裁得宜的one piece。淨色為佳,避免繽紛印花的款式。覺得太素淨的話,選擇有圓領或V領亦可,但領口切勿太低。 若是無袖設計,可外搭粉色針織外套或西裝外套(若連身裙是深色系的,反之亦同),有助襯托出溫婉端莊的氣質。 5.鞋 ZALORA Penny Loafers | ZALORA 鏤空平底鞋 黑色素面的懶佬鞋尤佳,避免有太多裝飾或閃亮鞋面(即使是黑色的也不行)。 若穿高跟鞋的話,鞋跟部分以舒適為主,盡量不要穿太高跟的。若穿平底鞋,務必挑選尖頭款式,拉長身體比例之餘,看起來也比較專業。 6.襪子 裙裝的話,建議穿上膚色或黑色絲襪。當然,也可以不穿襪子。褲裝的話,可選擇穿隱形襪。 7.袋 Jessica … Continue reading 第一印象係關鍵!超實用面試穿搭術!
